Payments will only be made through bank transfer under your own name and account. If you currently don't hold any bank account, you can use any third party bank account once you have submitted a consent letter .

Any lateness more than 5 minutes (calculated from the timestamps captured during the sign-in proses via the system, a deduction of 1 hour from the total working hours on that particular day will be Imposed. On the other hand, no-shows without valid reasons may be resulting a temporal barred from future work opportunities.

Only International student with a valid visa are allowed to work, you must comply with Malaysia’s immigration laws and provide proper documentation for part-time work. Make sure you work for no longer than 20 hours per week.

Appropriate attire depends on the task. Always follow the department’s dress code – no slippers, shorts, or crop tops unless specified.

Your Payment date will be determined from the day you submitted your voucher. The voucher payout day for the time being are every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday every week. You can check your specific date of each voucher you submitted from the portal.

You must fill up the form. You must get the verification from your supervisor, similar process as you were getting the verification for your voucher everytime you have finished your work.

Breaks depend on task length and department rules. A meal will be provided for every shift you work. If you work longer than 12 hours, you are entitle to have one more meals.
